How do I integrate Diller with MailChimp?

Step 1: Create an account / login

To integrate Diller with MailChimp, you must first create an account with MailChimp. When this is done, you log in to your account.

Step 2: Create / retrieve an API key

When you are logged in to MailChimp, click on your letter in the menu at the bottom left, and then on "Profile".

Then press "Extras" -> "API keys" in the menu above.

Under "Your API keys" you can press "Create a Key" and copy this new API key to your clipboard.

Step 3: Connect your customer club to your MailChimp account

Log in to your Diller control panel:

Under "Settings" in the menu on the left and "Integrations" in the menu above, you will find the MailChimp integration.

Paste the API - key in the MailChimp box and press "Connect".

You get a choice between 1. connecting the loyalty program with an already existing list, or 2. creating a new list for those in the loyalty program.

Select the correct list, or press "Create new list" and the box will light up green when the integration is complete.

Then you get your own "Audience" on MailChimp called "Diller Audience". Or all members of the loyalty program will have a "Kundeklubb" tag. All members of the loyalty program, who have agreed to receive e-mail, will be synched from Diller to your MailChimp.
